Application: FRP tanks in chemical manufacturing

Goal: Reduce maintenance cost of filtration system in the tanks

YUBO designed new filtration system for the tanks. The challenge is to ensure filtration efficiency and service life under the condition of high pressure and strongly corrosion liquid. With wedge wire structure, new-modified flange and Hastelloy material, YUBO’s design solved the problems perfectly.

Application: carbon and clay filtration

Goal: efficiency improvement of filtration vessels

After reviewing the design and working condition of those vessels, YUBO replaced the existing diffusers and nozzles with new-designed components in stainless steel and wedge wire screen, which ensure perfect structural strength and better filtration efficiency. Meanwhile, the long service life of new diffusers avoids downtime of user and saves the cost.

Application: Hydrogen gas is released from the metal powders and come out through the filter to the circuit.

Goal: The filters purify this hydrogen coming out at 300 bar.

Goal: Distributes water flow evenly throughout the aquarium, keeping water temperature and oxygen levels even.

YUBO is designed to be used in the aquarium's water distribution device to effectively solve the water distribution problem of the aquarium. Each channel can be set up to direct the water in different directions, which helps to spread the flow around the entire tank.

Goal: Allows the wort to flow smoothly while supporting the grain
