Sieve Bend Screen

Wedge wire sieve bend screen (also called DSM screen and Static Screen), is a curved concave wedge bar type of screen made of stainless steel wedge wires. The curved screen of the sieve bend provides greater capacity than flat wedge screens.

Creating a wedge wire sieve bend screen involves welding stainless steel V-shaped profile wires to wedge wire support rods. These welded panels are then cut and shaped into sieve bend screens, typically with arcs at 45°, 60°, or other degrees. Finally, these sieve bends are fitted into stainless steel frames, making them easy to install on equipment.
